Project Background

In 2016, I collaborated with CampusCred, a student-run platform similar to Groupon that offered discounts at local eateries and shops. My role involved designing custom illustrations tailored to the universities where CampusCred operated.

To capture the unique spirit of each campus, I drew inspiration from key city landmarks and university mascots, transforming them into vector art pieces. I carefully composed these illustrations, layering elements to create a sense of depth and dimension. Additionally, I introduced texture to the backgrounds by applying grunge brush strokes. These illustrations were then integrated into the CampusCred website, enhancing its visual appeal while creating a strong connection with the local student communities.

UC Davis Extras

While attending UC Davis, I was approached by members of CampusCred to create additional promotional artwork specifically for the university. Drawing on my familiarity with the campus and its culture, I designed a series of illustrations that were used across various promotional materials, including email newsletters, flyers, and stickers.
