BriefingEdge
BriefingEdge offers a robust scheduling system with highly customizable data points and detailed reporting system. Nexus’ lightweight scheduler was not enough to accommodate larger briefing programs, so they decided to acquire BriefingEdge in 2022 to fill that void. An initiative to refresh the UI and technology was in place to align with the branding of Nexus.

Team
I led the design team, working alongside a junior designer, the VP of Product, as well as a team of business analysts and engineers based in Ukraine.
In my role as the lead designer, I developed the product strategy of the rebrand, updated and maintained the design system, reviewed and provided guidance to the junior designer, and analyzed user insights and feedback with the VP of Product. I also took charge of enhancing the user experience of key pages such as the dashboard, calendar, and agenda.

I used BriefingEdge at my past job five years ago, but it did NOT look like this! Wow, you guys have come a long way!”

More White Space

Ah this (Participant Calendar update) is great!!! Will definitely make a difference as we look at capacity!”
