Palo Alto Networks
Palo Alto Networks Briefing Center in Santa Clara, California installed a new 225” Prysm display in their collaboration area and wanted new software applications to go along with it. In 2016 to 2017, we developed several applications to enhance and engage their visitor experience.
ScreenSaver Templates
When the Prysm display is not being utilized, screen-saving content is displayed showing a general welcome, industry-aligned customer welcomes, related videos, and social media feeds—allowing for visitor engagement while speakers are getting their presentations ready. I utilized Palo Alto Networks brand colors, icons, and motifs to create dynamic templates to draw in the viewers eyes.
Interactive Trivia Game
Impressed with our screen-saving content, Palo Alto Networks’ center staff wanted us to create an interactive game. I researched various game options and proposed a jeopardy-like trivia game. We developed a one to two-player trivia game experience that would allow visitors to test their knowledge on Palo Alto Networks products and solutions, and see how their scores rank among other players.
Quick App Launcher
Another enhancement that we developed was an app launcher allowing presenters or Briefing Managers to quickly switch to another application at any time by touching an on-screen prompt. I set the touch prompt’s position specifically for each template so that it does not interrupt the content displayed.
